Choosing a Replacement: If the same item isn't available for replacement, fret not! You can pick any other item of your choice. For instance, if you receive a damaged product worth INR 5000/-, you can select any product up to the value of INR 5000/- for replacement. And if you fall in love with a product priced at INR 4000/-, we'll give you a coupon for the remaining balance of INR 1000/-, which you can use on your next purchase.
