Refund policy
Kreshya strictly follows a 7 day easy returns of the products purchased from the website. Customers will be required to process their return request within 7 days. Customers who wish to exchange their product may do so by requesting return option on the website. You can exchange the product for another product of their preference or accept store credit in the Kreshya wallet that will be valid for up to 6 months.
