↳ Up to 3 revisions includedOnce the design is approved, a 50% advance payment is made and the finalised production timeline is confirmed. Then we craft your piece with the same care we've given to every Vummidi creation for over a century.

- 01A 50% advance payment is required to begin production. The balance is due before dispatch or pickup.
- 02No returns or refunds on custom pieces once production has commenced.
- 03Design approval is required before production begins. Up to 3 revision rounds are included.
- 04Turnaround time is estimated based on design complexity and confirmed after approval.
- 05Reference images are for inspiration only. Exact replication of third-party designs cannot be guaranteed.
- 06Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- 07Kreshya reserves the right to decline orders that conflict with our quality standards or design values.
