The plating options range from 18K to 22K gold plating. Our exclusive emission-free or zero emission coating, primarily applied to our surgical steel, stainless steel, and mixed alloys, features gold coatings ranging from 18K to 25K. Do you have COD? What are the payment modes available at Kreshya ? 

Our website provides a diverse range of payment options, including debit cards, credit cards, and UPI options. However, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). For in-store pick-up, all payment options are available. In the case of product returns, customers will receive either a credit note or a coupon, both valid for one month. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We appreciate your interest in our Returns & Exchange Policy. Here are the formal guidelines:

1. Initiating Returns/Exchanges:
- Please communicate any intention for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your products. In case of transit-related damages, kindly share images with our team via WhatsApp at 96500000186 within 2 days of product receipt for a prompt resolution.

2. Reasonable Timeframe:
- Returns & Exchanges for reasons other than transit damages will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of receiving your package.

3. Product Return Process:
- If you opt for a product return, our customer service team will issue a credit note or a coupon for the entire value. This credit can be utilized for the purchase of any other item within a one-month validity period. Please note that return shipping incurs a nominal fee of 150 INR. The returned product must be in unused condition with the tag intact for the return to be processed.
